Executive Digital Notary operates without a document retention policy — completed instruments are delivered to the client and are not stored on our infrastructure. Sessions are recorded solely for the duration required by applicable state notarization law, after which recording retention is governed by the notary's statutory obligations.

Executive Digital Notary operates as a notarization service, not a legal advisor. We work in coordination with the client's estate planning attorney or financial advisor and can schedule sessions to accommodate counsel's review and approval process prior to execution.
